Delete your ai.boo account

This page gives ai.boo users a web path to request account deletion and associated data deletion without reopening the app.

Fastest path: delete in the app

Open Settings > Delete Chats & Data. That in-app flow is the fastest way to delete your account data from ai.boo.

Delete by web request

If you cannot access the app, email support@ai.boo with the subject Account deletion request for ai.boo.

• Send the request from the email address linked to your ai.boo account, or include that sign-in email in the message.
• Include any detail that helps us find the right account quickly, such as your approximate last sign-in date or whether you still have app access.
• If you want a copy of your data before deletion, use Export my data in Settings first, or mention that in your email.

What deletion covers

• Chat messages, conversation memories, and profile data tied to your account.
• Notification preferences, device push tokens, scheduled messages, and related account settings.
• Uploaded account avatar data, analytics events, and user-owned report records.
• Conversation transcripts and memory summaries are deleted or anonymized when your account deletion request is completed.

Purchases and limited retention

Account deletion does not automatically cancel active Google Play subscriptions. Manage recurring subscriptions in Google Play to prevent future renewals.

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to restore Google Play purchase entitlements if you later sign back in with the same Google account. See the privacy policy for the current retention details.
