acceptance of terms

By using ai.boo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services. You must satisfy the app's age-verification requirement to use ai.boo.

description of service

ai.boo is an entertainment application with AI-generated text and voice profiles. All profiles are fictional and AI-generated. The product is operated by CROSSTABS PTY LTD.

Important

ai.boo is not a substitute for professional mental health support, therapy, or counseling. If you need real-world crisis support, open help now to find support in your country. There is no single worldwide crisis number. If you are in the United States or Canada, you can also call or text 988.

Conversations are processed by third-party AI services, including OpenAI for text, voice, photo understanding, AI portrait generation, image editing, moderation, and safety checks. Do not share sensitive personal information such as passwords, financial details, or medical records during conversations.

access & billing

  • Current app access: ai.boo includes Home, Inbox, 42 fictional AI profiles, text chat, photo sharing, in-chat image requests, voice calls, and core settings/account controls for signed-in users.
  • Voice availability: Voice calls may be subject to usage limits or temporary service controls.
  • Paid offers: When shown, paid access only changes voice availability and available Voice Time.
  • Pro subscription: ai.boo Pro is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Voice Time packs: Voice Time packs (60, 120, or 180 minutes) are one-time consumable purchases billed through your Apple ID.
  • Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use ai.boo for illegal activity.
  • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or manipulate AI systems.
  • Share or distribute conversation recordings without consent.
  • Use ai.boo if you are under 18 years old.

content & safety

ai.boo is designed for conversation within safe boundaries. The app will not:

  • Engage in explicit sexual content.
  • Generate pornographic or sexually explicit images.
  • Encourage self-harm or dangerous behavior.
  • Provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, use the in-app report button or contact support@ai.boo.

account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the service. You may use Delete Chats & Data at any time from Settings.

intellectual property

All content, design, and technology in ai.boo is owned by CROSSTABS PTY LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app or website without written permission.

limitation of liability

ai.boo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CROSSTABS PTY LTD is not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including emotional distress, data loss, or service interruptions.

governing law

These terms are a contract between you and CROSSTABS PTY LTD and are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ai.boo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
