retention and deletion

• Conversation transcripts and memory summaries are retained for the life of your account unless deleted earlier.
• Chats, memories, and profile data are deleted or anonymized when you choose Delete Chats & Data in the app.
• Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for service reliability review.
