information we collect

• Voice call audio is processed in real time by OpenAI to power conversations. We store transcripts and memory summaries, not full raw call recordings.
• Short voice-note audio sent in chat is transcribed by OpenAI and stored privately with its transcript until you delete that chat or your account data.
• Account information if you sign in with Apple.
• Usage data including call duration, feature usage, diagnostics, and notification preferences.
• Conversation context including messages, transcripts, memory summaries, and structured facts used to personalize future sessions.
• User-uploaded images when you share a photo or create an AI portrait, including reference photos used to generate requested images.
• Purchase history identifiers linked to your account when you buy or restore Pro or Voice Time through Apple.

how we use your information

• To provide text chat, short voice notes, photo tools, and voice conversations.
• To personalize responses and memory across sessions.
• To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and enforce product safeguards.
• To manage account access, notifications, and service availability.
• To verify, restore, and prevent abuse of App Store purchases.

third-party processors

• With your permission through Apple’s tracking prompt, AppsFlyer measures installs, sessions, generic engagement milestones, and verified purchases and attributes them to advertising partners such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit. This may include device identifiers, a generic chat or voice milestone, product identifiers, purchase amounts, currency, and transaction identifiers. Conversations, photos, voice recordings, and companion preferences are not sent for advertising. Withdraw permission in iOS Settings or disable analytics in ai.boo Settings. retention and deletion

• Conversation transcripts and memory summaries are retained for the life of your account unless deleted earlier.
• Short voice-note audio and its transcript are retained with the chat until you delete that chat or choose Delete Chats & Data.
• Chats, voice notes, memories, and profile data are deleted or anonymized when you choose Delete Chats & Data in the app.
• Purchase history and entitlement records may be retained for restoration, accounting, and fraud prevention after conversation data is deleted.
• Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for service reliability review.

your rights

• Access your personal data.
• Delete chats, memories, and profile data from the app.
• Opt out of analytics collection where that toggle is offered.
